About the complex

In 2023, we launched a new project combining the CITY PLAZA residential and commercial complex, which is located in the city of Ungheni, 3A / 3B Vasile Lupu Street. We set ourselves the ambitious task of building a home you have always dreamed of, using the latest materials, technologies and communications, so that you can enjoy it in the long run.

The walls are made of red Brikston brick, mineral wool insulation, apartments are in white version, individual heating system, double glazed windows, armored door, the electricity, sewage, water/heating networks are drawn.

CITY PLAZA is located on the same platform with the Kaufland store, DELIA MALL Shopping Center and DELIA CITY Residential Complex in the center of the city, which creates a unique platform in the city where all the facilities are within walking distance.

In the premises of CITY PLAZA, will be located a  SPA Center on an area of more than 2200 m2, which combines a full range of fitness and SPA services, being unique in the city of Ungheni. It is an ideal location for the whole family, offering everyone a 25 m long pool, 2 pools of 7m for teenagers and the little ones, rooms equipped with innovative sports equipment, saunas of various types, children’s rooms and many others.

As a result, the project will be completed and put into operation in early 2025.
